King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, issued a royal decree relieving Saleh bin Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al-Mugamis from his position as Governor of Al-Kharj and appointing Fahd bin Muhammad bin Abdulrahman bin Dahis as his replacement.
