بعد تخرجه من الجامعة، بدأ الشيخ صالح مسيرته العلمية والدعوية، حيث تولى التدريس في المساجد والمعاهد الشرعية، إضافة إلى إلقاء الدروس والمحاضرات في مختلف المناسبات. يقول أحد طلابه: “كان الشيخ صالح مدرساً متميزاً، يتمتع بأسلوب شيق في الشرح والإلقاء، ويحرص دائماً على ربط العلم بالواقع العملي.”
لم تقتصر جهود الشيخ صالح على التدريس فحسب، بل شارك أيضاً في العديد من الأنشطة والفعاليات الدعوية والاجتماعية، حيث كان يحرص على التواصل مع مختلف شرائح المجتمع، وتقديم النصح والإرشاد لهم. يقول أحد أصدقائه: “كان الشيخ صالح مثالاً للداعية المخلص، يبذل جهده في سبيل نشر العلم النافع وهداية الناس.”
على المستوى الشخصي، يوصف الشيخ صالح بأنه رجل متواضع، متسامح، يحب الخير للجميع، ويسعى دائماً لإصلاح ذات البين وحل النزاعات. يقول أحد جيرانه: “كان الشيخ صالح قدوة حسنة لنا جميعاً، نستلهم من أخلاقه وسلوكه القويم.”
