الرياض: كشفت دراسة حديثة أجراها باحثون في مجال الصحة العامة عن نتائج مهمة تتعلق بتأثير الحركة اليومية البسيطة على صحة الإنسان بشكل عام.
وأظهرت الدراسة التي نشرت نتائجها مؤخراً أن إضافة 15 دقيقة فقط من الحركة الخفيفة إلى الروتين اليومي يمكن أن يحسّن الصحة بشكل ملحوظ ويساهم في إطالة متوسط العمر المتوقع.
وأوضح الباحثون أن الأنشطة البسيطة مثل المشي السريع أو صعود الدرج أو حتى الأعمال المنزلية الخفيفة يمكن أن تحدث فرقاً كبيراً في الصحة العامة للإنسان.
وأكدت الدراسة أن هذه النتائج تنطبق على جميع الفئات العمرية وأنصاف الأعمار، مما يجعلها توصية مهمة للجميع بغض النظر عن مستوى لياقتهم البدنية الحالي.
وخلص الباحثون إلى أن هذه النتائج تؤكد أهمية دمج الحركة في الحياة اليومية، حتى لو كانت بكميات صغيرة، كونها تساهم في الوقاية من العديد من الأمراض المزمنة وتحسين جودة الحياة بشكل عام.

واصل النجم الفرنسي كريم بنزيما تألقه اللافت مع فريقه الجديد اتحاد جدة في الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، بعدما سجل هدفين في المباراة التي فاز فيها فريقه على الفيحاء 3-1 ضمن منافسات الجولة السادسة عشرة.
وبهذا الفوز، رفع اتحاد جدة رصيده إلى 26 نقطة في المركز السادس، بينما تجمد رصيد الفيحاء عند 21 نقطة في المركز الثامن.
وأظهر بنزيما (35 عاماً) مستويات رفيعة منذ انتقاله إلى صفوف اتحاد جدة قادماً من ريال مدريد الإسباني في صفقة انتقال حر الصيف الماضي، حيث سجل حتى الآن 8 أهداف وصنع 4 في 14 مباراة بجميع المسابقات.
وقال بنزيما بعد المباراة: “سعيد جداً بالفوز والتسجيل، وأشكر زملائي على المجهود الكبير. نسير في الطريق الصحيح ونتطلع للمزيد من الانتصارات في الفترة المقبلة”.
من جانبه، أشاد مدرب اتحاد جدة نونو سانتو بالدور الكبير الذي يلعبه بنزيما في صفوف الفريق، وقال: “كريم لاعب من طراز عالمي، يصنع الفارق في كل مباراة. نحن محظوظون بوجوده معنا”.
ويأمل اتحاد جدة في مواصلة نتائجه الإيجابية وإنهاء الموسم في أحد المراكز المؤهلة لدوري أبطال آسيا الموسم المقبل، مستفيداً من خبرة وإمكانيات نجمه الفرنسي الكبير بنزيما.

On Tuesday, February 22, 2022, Saudi Arabia celebrated the Founding Day, commemorating the declaration of the establishment of the First Saudi State by Imam Muhammad bin Saud in 1727. On January 27, 2022, King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued a royal decree designating February 22 of each year as the anniversary of the founding of the Saudi state, known as “Founding Day,” and making it an official holiday.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed pride in the founding of the First Saudi State by Imam Muhammad bin Saud nearly three centuries ago, considering it a dear occasion for all citizens. He emphasized that Founding Day marks the beginning of a bright chapter in the history of the Arabian Peninsula, where the First Saudi State succeeded in uniting the tribes and regions of Najd under one banner and establishing the foundations of security and stability in the region.

The Founding Day celebrations included various events and activities across the Kingdom, with streets and squares adorned with national flags and decorations, military parades and folk festivals held, and schools and institutions organizing national programs to introduce the history and heritage of the Kingdom.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Maghlouth, a professor of history at King Saud University, stated that Founding Day represents a valuable opportunity to learn about the deep roots of the Saudi state, which has spanned nearly 300 years through three successive Saudi states. He added that the establishment of the First Saudi State by Imam Muhammad bin Saud was a historical turning point in the Arabian Peninsula, where it succeeded in uniting the tribes of the Najd region and establishing the foundations of stability and prosperity.

Al-Maghlouth noted that the First Saudi State continued until 1818, when it fell to the Egyptian army led by Ibrahim Pasha, before the Second Saudi State was established in 1824 by Imam Turki bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Saud, which lasted until 1891. Then, the Third Saudi State was founded by King Abdulaziz Al Saud in 1902, which evolved into the present-day Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Fahd Al-Samari, the head of the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, affirmed that Founding Day is a precious national occasion for Saudis, as they recall the sacrifices of their fathers and grandfathers in building national unity. He added that this occasion comes within a series of national occasions that the Kingdom is keen to celebrate, such as the National Day and the anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Crown Prince, in order to enhance national belonging and pride in the

Saudi Arabia has witnessed a growing interest from local and international investors in the Saudi market recently, as the Kingdom provides an attractive investment environment characterized by political and economic stability and ease of procedures.

The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has emphasized the importance of proper establishment of commercial companies and institutions in the Kingdom, as this contributes to ensuring the legal and organized conduct of business according to the applicable systems and regulations.

The most important initial steps for establishment in the Kingdom include:

1- Choosing a commercial name for the company or institution and verifying its availability at the Ministry of Commerce.

2- Determining the type of commercial activity and field of work.

3- Determining the legal form of the company (individual institution, partnership company, joint-stock company, etc.).

4- Preparing the articles of incorporation and the company’s bylaws.

5- Obtaining a commercial register and permits to practice the activity.

6- Opening a bank account in the company’s name.

Statistics indicate that the number of new commercial companies and institutions established in the Kingdom during the past year reached about 45,000 establishments, compared to 38,000 establishments in the previous year, an increase of 18%.

This increase comes amid the great efforts made by the Saudi government to improve the business environment and facilitate establishment procedures, by adopting initiatives such as “Invest in Saudi Arabia” and “Investor’s Guide.”

In conclusion, the proper establishment of commercial companies and institutions in the Kingdom is a fundamental step to ensure business success and benefit from the promising investment opportunities provided by the Saudi market.
