Saleh bin Saad Al-Mughamis, Chairman of Al-Mughamis Holding Company, passed away at the age of 74 after a distinguished career in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
Al-Mughamis was a prominent Saudi entrepreneur who significantly impacted the real estate industry. He founded Al-Mughamis Holding Company in 1975, which grew to become one of the largest real estate firms in the Kingdom.
He led several major real estate projects, including the Al-Mughamis Commercial Center in Riyadh, a landmark in the Saudi capital. He also contributed to developing numerous residential and commercial projects across various regions of the Kingdom.
Colleagues remember Al-Mughamis for his exceptional vision in real estate and his ability to predict future market trends. A partner stated, “Saleh Al-Mughamis was an example of a man who worked hard and sincerely for his country’s development.”
Throughout his career, Al-Mughamis received numerous awards and honors in recognition of his contributions to the Kingdom’s economic development. In 2019, he was honored by the General Authority for Real Estate for his significant role in developing the sector.
Al-Mughamis leaves behind a substantial legacy in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, with his name forever etched in the memory of the Kingdom’s real estate industry. Al-Mughamis Holding Company, currently chaired by his son Abdullah, continues his legacy of achievements.
